Fab food, absolutely exceptional and outstanding staff with the service provided by the staff. The location stunning and perfect near everything to see in Santiago. Based so close to the main sights, the centre of Santiago and the park, church, restaurants and souvenir shops.

Superb fresh breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, ham and cheese sliced specially for us and freshly baked croissants - amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

it has pleasant staff and beautiful facilities. impeccable service, they provide a public parking and free wi-fi. the location is great and incredible, 10 minutes' walk to a roman catholic cathedral. a cathedral and a church are right at the property.

The hotel has a excelent location, is very comfortable but above all the staff is heads and shoulders above what I am used to very nice and professional.
The breakfast could be improved.

The hotel unit is well-appointed and amazingly clean. the beds are comfortable. - the location is incredible, very close to central-northern Spain. - Fine restaurants can be found on Ruas Franco and Villar.

Hard to choose any one thing. It was a very nice place overall. I guess the best thing was the excellent value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
